Sometimes writing can be easy, other times a bit harder.
I am sixteen, colored and live with my grandmother and her small dog in Venice.

I have been going to school here on and off since elementary school. I was the only colored student in some of my classes, but at the park it’s all good. We’d skate, rap, do whatever, with each verse becoming more clever.
Finding out the truth, being aware, is what I try to do.
Thinking about back east, that’s where it’s at, King of the Cul de sac.


Well, I like music, eating and resting. I like learning new important information, playing ball and good times.
A good, unexpected gift is the best.
Not being as free makes me want to leave this corrupt country as soon as I can,
as I try to understand the purpose or the plan,
because there is an undercover clan, 
I know,
so do others,
it’s not just to me.
